PrCP-7414
PrCP-7414 is a prolylcarboxypeptidase (PRCP) inhibitor. PrCP-7414 can block the receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) signaling pathway mediated by PRCP and the GPCR-RTK crosstalk. PrCP-7414 can inhibit cancer cells proliferation and induce apoptosis. PrCP-7414 can be used for the research of cancer, such as triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) [1].
