N1-Methyl-GTP
N1-Methyl-GTP is a nucleotide analog of GTP. N1-Methyl-GTP shows a half-maximal inhibitory concentration of 8.1 μM and an inhibition constant of 1.5 μM against yeast RTPase. N1-Methyl-GTP can be used as a probe molecule to explore the structural flexibility of the active site of RNA triphosphatase and the mechanism of substrate recognition[1].
