Basivarsen
Basivarsen (DYNE-101 oligomer) is composed of an antisense oligonucleotides and a linker. It is designed to target mutant nuclear myotonic dystrophy protein kinase (DMPK) RNA for RHase H-mediated degradation to correct splicing. It is used for the study of myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1).
