Envometinib (Compound B) is a dual-MEK inhibitor that works through Deep Cyclic Inhibition (DCI) . Envometinib has antitumor activity in various in vivo models. Envometinib can be studied in RAS and RAF mutated cancer such as colorectal cancer and melanoma[1].
