Dalvotoclax
Dalvotoclax (Example 8) is a selective inhibitor of BCL-2. Dalvotoclax has good liver microsomal stability. Dalvotoclax inhibits the activity of anti-apoptotic BCL-2 protein and anti-apoptotic BCL-XL protein. Dalvotoclax can be studied in research for B cell leukemia[1].
