3-Et-3TC
3-Et-3TC (Page 87, Compound 3b) is a structurally modified derivative of Lamivudine. 3-Et-3TC can inhibit the activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome and can be used for the study of retinal degenerative diseases[1].
