Cyslopentenyl cytosine triphosphoric
Cyslopentenyl cytosine triphosphoric is an active metabolite of the antitumor nucleoside analogue cyclopentenyl cytosine (CPEC) within cells. Cyslopentenyl cytosine triphosphoric can inhibit CTP synthetase and deplete the pools of cytidine nucleotides. Cyslopentenyl cytosine triphosphoric can be used for the research of cancer, such as leukemia[1].
