HIPS probe-1
HIPS probe-1 (Compound 1) is a click chemistry reagent containing a alkyne group. HIPS probe-1 can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups. HIPS probe-1 can be used as a chemical probe to specifically recognize and label aldehyde functional groups in DNA, especially abasic sites (AP sites) for DNA damage research[1].
