MRK-740-NC
MRK-740-NC is a PRDM7/9 histone methyltransferase inhibitor. MRK-740-NC is a negative control compound of MRK-740 (HY-114209) . MRK-740-NC has no inhibitory activity for PRDM7 and PRDM9 by replacing the methyl pyridine moiety of MRK-740 by a phenyl group[1].
