DiABZI-Mal
DiABZI-Mal is a STING agonist with maleimide group, which can be used for the synthesis of conjugates. diABZI-Mal activates cGAS-STING pathway to induce cytokine production such as interferon-type I. diABZI-Mal promotes maturation of DC cells and efficiently induces CD8+ T immune reaction. diABZI-Mal inhibits tumor growth[1].
