Subquinocin
Subquinocin is a CYLD inhibitor that inhibits USP family deubiquitinases (DUBs) . Subquinocin enhances the activation of NF-κB and IFN pathways by inhibiting CYLD. Subquinocin promotes RIG-I-mediated activation of IRF3 and/or IRF7 in the interferon pathway[1].
