Jacaric acid methyl ester
Jacaric acid methyl ester is a methyl ester form of the conjugated PUFA jacaric acid. Jacaric acid can induce apoptosis selectively in human prostate cancer cells. Jacaric acid induces concentration- and time-dependent LNCaP cell death. Jacaric acid methyl ester can be studied in anticancer research[1].
