MRL828
MRL828 combines a Tau pathology-binding ligand and modified guanine moiety based on the ATTEC technology to selectively designate aggregated tau proteins for clearance via the ALP. MRL828 decreases intracellular Tau aggregates and promotes the secretion of Tau[1].
