FTO ligand-1 is a FTO ligand for FTO PROTAC degrader FP54 (HY-175885) . FTO ligand-1 can inhibit cell proliferation and block the FP54-induced FTO degradation. FTO ligand-1 can be used for research of cancer, such as acute myeloid leukemia (AML) [1].
