Antifolate agent 1
Antifolate agent 1 (Compound 1) is an antifolate agent with one-carbon bridge. Antifolate agent 1 lacks RFC transport and has no affinity for FRα and FRβ and no GARFTase inhibitory activity. Antifolate agent 1 can be used as a negative control for the development of folate receptor-targeting antifolates[1].
