D-myo-Inositol-1,3,4-triphosphate (sodium)
D-myo-Inositol-1,3,4-triphosphate (sodium) is one of the inositol oligophosphate isomers implicated in signal transduction. D-myo-Inositol-1,3,4-triphosphate (sodium) acts through the inhibition of Ins (3,4,5,6) -P4 kinase activity to increase cellular level of Ins (3,4,5,6) -P4, thereby inhibiting calcium-activated chloride channels. D-myo-Inositol-1,3,4-triphosphate (sodium) can be regulated by the levels of cytosolic free calcium[1][2].
