BTF-DNBS is a glutathione (GSH) -responsive small-molecule photosensitizer (PS) . BTF-DNBS disrupts mitochondrial function and triggers Golgi-mediated pyroptosis, serving as a reactive oxygen species (ROS) generator. BTF-DNBS is promising for research of cancers[1].
