LIBX-A402 (Compound 15b) is a selective ACSL4inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.33 μM. LIBX-A402 significantly protects MDA-MB-231 and LUHMES cells from ferroptosis. LIBX-A402 can be used for cancer, ischemia-reperfusion injury and neurodegenerative diseases like Parkinson’s disease research[1].
