17-Phenyl trinor 8-iso prostaglandin E2 is a prostaglandin analog that reduces intraocular pressure (IOP) in both normal and glaucomatous monkey eyes. 17-Phenyl trinor 8-iso prostaglandin E2 lowers IOP primarily by increasing trabecular outflow facility[1].
