PtdIns- (4,5) -P2-biotin (trisodium)
PtdIns- (4,5) -P2-biotin trisodium is a Biotin-labeled PtdIns- (4,5) -P2 analog. PtdIns- (4,5) -P2-biotin trisodium is an affinity probe of PI3Kγ. PI3Kγ can catalyse the phosphorylation of PtdIns- (4,5) -P2 at the 3′-OH group, giving rise to the second messenger PtdIns (3,4,5) -P3[1].
