PBD dimer-4
PBD dimer-4 (Compound 7) is a C1-subsitituted PBD dimer. PBD dimer-4 has high DNA-binding affinity, DNA cross-linking ability and potent cytotoxicity against MDA-MB-231 cells (IC50: 236 nM). PBD dimer-4 can be used as a payload of ADC Loncastuximab tesirine to treat several different cancer types[1].
