LC-PDin06 is a selective PRDX1 inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.042 μM. LC-PDin06, a Celastrol (HY-13067) derivative, shows potent antiproliferative activity against colorectal cancer cells by significantly increasing ROS levels[1].
