DPP-1-IN-1 (Compound 14) is an orally active inhibitor of Cathepsin C (also known as Dipeptidyl peptidase I) with an IC50 of 5.31 nM. DPP-1-IN-1 can inhibit the activity of Cathepsin C downstream Neutrophil elastase in neutrophils. DPP-1-IN-1 can be used in the research of inflammatory diseases[1].
