BRD4-IN-10
BRD4-IN-10 (Compound 31) is a selective BRD4 inhibitor with an IC50 of 13.5 nM. BRD4-IN-10 can exert anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic effects. BRD4-IN-10 also has good metabolic stability, pharmacokinetic properties and safety. BRD4-IN-10 can be used in the research of renal fibrosis diseases[1].
