GPER/Bcl-2-IN-1 is a GPER/Bcl-2 inhibitor. GPER/Bcl-2-IN-1 can inhibit the proliferation and neurospheres formation of glioblastoma cells. GPER/Bcl-2-IN-1 can be used for the study of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) [1].
