SARS-CoV-2-IN-112 (Compound 6f) is an orally active and non-peptidic SARS-CoV-2 main protease inhibitor with an IC50 of 6.48 μM. SARS-CoV-2-IN-11 has potent antiviral activity with low cytotoxicity against WI-38 cells (IC50: 53.81 μM) . SARS-CoV-2-IN-112 can be used for coronaviruses COVID-19 research[1].
