Tri-valent linker-3
Tri-valent linker-3 is a linker targeting Polymyxin B (PMB) and can be used to synthesize PMB-based drug delivery systems. Polymyxin B carries molecular payloads (e.g., nucleic acid agents) through the linker and binds megalin (a cell surface factor on the surface of target cells) with high affinity, thereby delivering the payload to tissues or cells[1].
