PaFabV-IN-1 (Compound 3e) is a selective Pseudomonas aeruginosa enoyl-acyl carrier protein reductase (PaFabV) inhibitor with an IC50 value of 0.25 μM. PaFabV-IN-1 is promising for research of infections caused by P. aeruginosa and other Gram-negative bacteria[1].
