(±) -Tuaimenal A ((+) -1) is a secondary metabolite and a derivative of Sesamol (HY-N1417) . (±) -Tuaimenal A has potent inhibitory activity against SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro with an IC50 of 33.3 μM. (±) -Tuaimenal A can be used for SARS-CoV-2 infection research[1].
