EGFR-IN-163 (Compound 13) is a competitive epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) inhibitor (IC50=0.079 μM, selective for HER-2 inhibition) . EGFR-IN-163 induces tumor cell apoptosis and cell cycle arrest at G₂/M phase. EGFR-IN-163 is promising for research of estrogen receptor-positive (ER+) breast cancer[1].
