Y2641
Y2641, a etrahydro-β-carboline derivative, is an orally active dual RANKL/TNF-α inhibitor with Kd values of 3.984 μM and 18.59 μM for RANKL and TNF-α, respectively. Y2641 inhibits RANKL-induced osteoclastogenic and has anti-inflammatory and cartilage destruction. Y2641 can be used for study of osteoarthritis[1].
