Terbinafine-d3
Terbinafine-d3 (TDT 067-d3) is deuterium labeled Terbinafine. Terbinafine (TDT 067) is an orally active and potent antifungal agent. Terbinafine is a potent non-competitive inhibitor of squalene epoxidase from Candida, with a Ki of 30 nM. Terbinafine also shows antibacterial activity against certain Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria[1][2][3]. Terbinafine is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
