Aβ1–42 aggregation inhibitor 3
Aβ1–42 aggregation inhibitor 3 (Compound 3b) is an acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE) inhibitor (IC50 values are 1.634 and 0.0285 μM, respectively) . Aβ1–42 aggregation inhibitor 3 can inhibit the aggregation of Aβ1-42. Aβ1–42 aggregation inhibitor can be used in Alzheimer's disease (AD) research[1].
