T0080 is a FPR-1 antagonist. T0080 reduces the cell apoptosis, inhibits ROS production and pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α and IL-1β) from plaque macrophages, which attenuates atherosclerotic progression in ApoE−/− mice[1].
