Antifungal agent 128 (Compound 3ja) is an antifungal agent. When used in combination with Fluconazole (HY-B0101), the MIC range against C. albicans strains is 0.5-4 μg/mL. Antifungal agent 128 can be used in the research of the anti-infection field[1].
