PRRSV-IN-1 (Compound 4s) is a nsp4 protease inhibitor targeting PRRSV, exhibiting an EC50 of 0.45 μM against PRRSV. It binds to the nsp4 protease with a Kd value of 29.24 pM and inhibits nsp4 protease activity with an IC50 of 80.36 pM. PRRSV-IN-1 can be used for research in the field of antiviral infections[1].
