EGFR-IN-153 (Compound 5l) is an EGFR inhibitor. EGFR-IN-153 can inhibit the proliferation (IC50: 0.73 μM) and induce apoptosis of MDA-MB-231 cell. EGFR-IN-153 can be used for the research of breast cancer[1].
