SARS-CoV-2 RdRp-IN-1 (Compound PAP-2) is a potent SARS-CoV-2 RdRp inhibitor, with an EC50 of 1.11 μM. SARS-CoV-2 RdRp-IN-1 can bind directly to SARS-CoV-2 RdRp, fully resistance to the exoribonuclease (ExoN) and exhibit broad spectrum anti-CoV activities[1].
