NtPPO-IN-1

NtPPO-IN-1 (Compound A4) is the inhibitor for Nicotiana tabacum PPO (NtPPO) with a Ki of 9.05 nM. NtPPO-IN-1 exhibits herbicidal activity against Setaria viridis, Echinochloa crus-galli, Digitaria sanguinalis, Amaranthus retroflexus, Abutilon theophrasti and Portulaca oleracea, and exhibits 30-50% injury to corn and rice (150 g a.i./ha) [1].
