STAT3-IN-40
STAT3-IN-40 (Compound 8b) is an anti-cancer agent. STAT3-IN-40 can trigger the immune responses of CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes and induce ferroptosis and apoptosis of tumor cells by inhibiting the expression and phosphorylation of STAT3. STAT3-IN-40 can be used in the research of chemoimmunotherapeutic agents for cancer[1].
