SP11
SP11 is a mitochondrial reactive oxygen species (ROS) inhibitor. SP11 activates Fis1 by binding to Cys41 (IC50: 9.4 µM) and increases the translocation of Drp1 to mitochondria. SP11 can be used in studies on the protection against oxidative stress damage[1].
