IDB-001
IDB-001 is an inhibitor of ribosome PTC that inhibits protein synthesis in a sequence-selective manner. IDB-001 inhibits HCC-1143 with a EC50 value of 0.84 μM. IDB-001 inhibits MYC-dependent cancer cell viability[1].
