DSPE-PEG3400-MPG
DSPE-PEG3400-MPG is a PEG compound which composed of DSPE and a peptide vector (MPG) . MPG is derived from both the nuclear localisation sequence (NLS) of SV40 large T antigen and the fusion peptide domain of HIV-1 gp41. MPG could deliver short oligonucleotides into cells efficiently and independently of the endosomal pathway[1].
