Tubulin inhibitor 50 (compound 07) is a tubulin inhibitor that increases the mitochondrial reactive oxygen species level. Tubulin inhibitor 50 has anti-cancer effect in HeLa cells with IC50 value of 0.46 μM. Tubulin inhibitor 50 shows low toxicity in normal cell lines[1].
