AMG28 is a Tau tubulin kinase 1 (TTBK1) and TTBK2 inhibitor with IC50s of 805 nM and 988 nM, respectively. AMG28 inhibits tau phosphorylation at Ser422 (IC50 of 1.85 μM) [1].
