JSF-4898
JSF-4898 is an orally active inhibitor of the MenG enzyme in Mycobacterium tuberculosis. JSF-4898 has MIC of 0.78 μM against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv. JSF-4898 can enhance the efficacy of Rifampicin in a subacute model of Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection in mice[1].
