CZY43 is a HER3 degrader. CZY43 can effectively induce HER3 degradation in a dose- and time-dependent manner in breast cancer SKBR3 cells. CZY43 potently inhibits HER3-dependent signaling and cancer cell growth and outperforms Bosutinib (HY-10158) [1].
