OZO-H is a GST inhibitor. OZO-H is an OZO derivative with potent anti-cancer effects. OZO-H releases JNK1 from GST-JNK1 complex. OZO-H induces JNK1 phosphorylation and activates c-Jun in cancer cells[1].
