G3-YSD
G3-YSD, a G3-ended Y-form short DNA, is a Cyclic GMP-AMP synthase (cGAS) agonist. G3-YSD is a minimal immunostimulatory DNA motif and activates the type I interferon-inducing DNA sensor cGAS in a structure-and sequence-dependent manner. G3-YSD can be used for the detection of HIV-1 ssDNA[1].
