RGS10 modulator-1 (compound 15) is a potent RGS10 modulator. RGS10 modulator-1 significantly reverses IFNγ-induced RGS10 protein and mRNA expression. RGS10 modulator-1 reverse the IFNγ-induced COX-2 mRNA and iNOS expression[1].
